Noureen, an American actress of Indian origin, was born and raised within Georgia and is now residing in New York City. She is a 1984 New York City native. Her parents come native to Pune, India, and her sisters are twins, whom she adores. Their parents have made it their mission to take their children to the top schools in America. Noureen was born in 1984 New York City in the United States to her Indian parents. They gave her an Indian-Marathi heritage.
